UPR Run Tue 14-Jun-2011

A total of 12 hot-runners turned up today to run together. Welcome Melissa who joined us for the first time.


Bok, HC Poh, HC Gan just completed the reason Sundown full marathon.
Six people will travel to Gold Coast in July to join the Gold Coast marathon event.

Thanks to Bok for hosting the group and preparing the isotonic drinks after the run.

today saw a strong turnout of 18 "hotties" at UPR

welcome Haniff, who is joining us for the first time, even Cat & Francis were backed running at our favourite ground

margaret koh, our resident walker, is taking the weekly activity in her stride

she walks casually, sometimes briskly, but always in good spirit

you can tell from the radiance that exudes from her face that she is having fun

joining margaret is yvonne, who will occasionally break into runs

she seems to be ready to conquer the infamous "twin slopes" of UPR

embrace the nature, take a breathe of fresh air

there is life outside office, so dun let it suck the life out of you
