MayDay

I hope all is well with our hotrunners. As for me, I have followed a useful advise from a distant friend to rest your injured leg adequately instead of constantly working on it thinking the nagging pain will go away. Following a freak accident while playing squash, I visited doctors to repair my torn ligament. Eventually, TCM specialist Clinic "Annie Tiang" helped me heal the tear. During the visits, I took the opportunity to get some healing going for a weakened knee and a loosen Archilles tendon. Injuries from prolonged hours of continuous squash. So, what do I do in the meantime? I am re-learning swimming. The method is Total Immersion. You can google or Youtube it. I did 6 pool training sessions so far coached by self help videos. The learning is fun. The desired results is not there yet. I will keep you posted if I make major gains.
