Group run next week run at 6pm on Mon and Thu near the rear security gate. Whoever are interested to meet can join the group there.
HC's update :
Was planning to run for 10km today. Decided to postpone 10km run to this weekend to let the legs and knees recover a bit longer. Went to SCC gym and did cycling and swimming instead. Did 10km cycling in 15.5 minutes and swam for 30 minutes. The cycling speed was fairly fast between 38 to 40km per hour. The knees felt some pain tonight. Hope it will recover fast and I can go do the 10km training run this weekend.
