Last Thu's run had the 3 multi-sports enthusiasts (ed, ht n me) turning up to hit the road at the satelite stations...me & ed, we ran fast n furious...35min for 6km...HT also did well...finishing not long after us...3 of us had a whole bottle of H20 to ourselves...nice
