East Coast Serious stuff

It was 6 am at East Coast Park carparkB1 close to Fort road ECP exit. This location is also the regular starting point for these hotrunners who have committed themselves to do the longer distances... above 15km. They rose early and went home early to be back with their family. Interesting bunch.

I took the picture when I went to the park with my wife. This was my first run with them.
