As the half marathon event is this Sunday, most people has started tapering down their run distance. Today 3 runners turned up for the run... Edwin, HC and Frank.
This is the first time that Frank joined us. Welcome! He has been a regular runner in the gym and seldom run in the open. Glad that he joined us and I am sure he will enjoy the fresh air and the friendship with the hot-runners group.All 3 of us completed the 6.x km run at about the same time together.
